Shipping timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. For customers requiring faster delivery and more accurate delivery estimates, FedEx 2-Day Air is strongly recommended. Diamond Standard Labs is not responsible for carrier delays, transit issues, or delivery failures once an order has been shipped.
At this time, Diamond Standard Labs has not completed independent third-party testing on all research peptides. However, vendor-provided test results and documentation are available for all products and may be requested by contacting us directly.
Diamond Standard Labs is actively working toward full third-party testing as the company continues to grow. Once completed, third-party COAs will be made available alongside applicable product listings.
Diamond Standard Labs stands behind the quality of its research materials and encourages independent third-party testing. Any customer who independently funds testing and provides verifiable test results for research peptides purchased through Diamond Standard Labs may be eligible for a store credit, subject to review and approval.
All sales are final. Diamond Standard Labs does not offer refunds, exchanges, replacements, or reshipments under any circumstances.
Diamond Standard Labs is not responsible for carrier delays, lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, all responsibility transfers to the customer and the carrier. DSL does not contact carriers, file claims, or replace shipments.
